Information you provide

Account information may include your name, email address, password-related authentication data, and other identity fields needed to create and operate your account. Watchlist selections and other choices you make in the service are also handled so the product can provide those features to you.

Information handled during use

The service handles authentication and session metadata needed to keep you signed in and protect account-scoped features. It also handles service data connected to your requests, including company directory lookups, SEC EDGAR filing records, filing metadata, and any normalized or assisted text presented by the product.

If the service sends account emails such as verification, password reset, welcome, or notification messages, email delivery records may include the recipient, message details, delivery status, and related timestamps.

Platform and analytics processing

Hosting and platform systems may process technical request information and usage signals needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the deployed service. Analytics or similar processing may be enabled for this deployment and can involve information such as page interactions, browser or device details, and approximate request context.

The specific systems and settings can vary with the deployment. This notice does not name a vendor or promise that every deployment uses the same analytics configuration.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide watchlists and filing views, deliver requested account emails, maintain security, diagnose failures, operate the service, and understand product usage where platform analytics are enabled. SEC EDGAR filing data is public source material; your account choices and authentication information are handled to provide your account-scoped experience.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by the hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and other platform systems used to operate TickerCatalyst, and by personnel or service providers who need access to maintain those systems. The service does not turn your private watchlist into a public directory.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used within the deployed service and its platform environment, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This notice does not establish a fixed retention period. Actual retention and deletion can depend on account state, operational needs, platform controls, and applicable requirements.
